Physical Product Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders for ready-to-ship items are processed within 3–7 business days. Made-to-order or custom woodworking pieces may require additional time, depending on complexity and current workload. We’ll provide an estimated time frame at checkout or upon request.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Delivery Method
After purchase, digital files will be available for immediate download via a link on the confirmation page and in your email receipt.
File Format
Files are provided in commonly used formats such as PDF, DXF, SVG, or ZIP, depending on the product.
Refunds for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content, all digital download sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience any issues accessing or using your files, please contact us and we’ll assist you promptly.
Usage
All digital downloads are for personal use only unless otherwise specified. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use is not permitted without prior written consent.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship physical items within the United States.
(Digital products can be downloaded internationally.)
